NST’s lifelong interest in fashion started as a child observing the elegant nature of womanhood through her grandmother’s fashion choices. It was in her grandmother’s strands of pearls that Ms. Simone found inspiration and desire to create her own pathway as a woman of positive power and grace. Through her modeling and brand ambassador experience, she has fulfilled that and continues to be an exemplary role model for women and girls.

Nala offers cultural competency consulting in the areas of race, gender and sexuality, and public health policy. Price includes consultation prior to service to discuss your organization’s specific interests and needs.
Quick Cultural Check-In: This is a 90 minute a la carte session/presentation on the topic of your choosing that covers the “101” of what you need to know to begin the process of making your school, organization, or workplace more inclusive. This tier is ideal for new member/new employee orientations, and team building days. ~$600~
Cultural Competency Workshop: This is a multi-hour session that will go deeper into how your organization deals with issues of race, gender, sexuality, accessibility, etc. Includes a pre-workshop temp check, audio and visual learning tools, reading materials, external resources for further learning, and a post-workshop Q&A. ~$1,500~
Cultural Competency Retainer Service: For a select group of clients and organizations that are experiencing extraordinary challenges with social dynamics, ongoing retainer service can be offered. This service is only offered an in-depth consultation to assess the needs of the organization, what methodologies would work best, whether additional colleagues of mine will need to be hired, etc. Price will be set after consultation.
